CONGOLESE MINING COMPANIES FACE TODAY'S CHALLENGES

Today companies operating in the mining sector particularly in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) are blurring their business models and their managers have little choice: the time has come for digital transformation. So they have to change their business models.In this context the integration of information and communication technologies into their strategies appears to be a strong potential solution for improving their strategic performance.This transformation will have to reflect not only internal organizational changes but also the evolution of the global economic context in which these companies are called upon to evolve.The question of the digital transformation undertaken by these companies through the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) into their management strategies. This can be seen in their decision-making processes in strategic planning in the management of mining operations in the use of integrated management software and so on.
