Connection

<p>For sure I’ve seen things done things and experienced quite a lot along the way.</p><p>I’ve made silly mistakes along the way but that’s how you’re meant to learn. For years I have sat and written down my deepest thoughts and feelings. I found it a good outlet when I went through depression. It helped to empty out my head a little and slowed down all my thoughts.</p><p> I hope that this book touches you and that you make a connection as to its content. I’m sure most of us have loved and lost before and felt so low that we feel trapped.</p><p>Make the connection and enjoy the experience.</p>
