Conservative treatment of interstitial pregnancy

Interstitial pregnancy is a rare type of ectopic pregnancy (2-4% of ectopic pregnancies). Due to its low incidence we have decided to make a manuscript from the available information to facilitate diagnosis and treatment by professionals. It provides a brief summary of ectopic gestation in general and its treatment as well as a detailed description of interstitial gestation its diagnosis and different types of treatment. Within the treatment a distinction is made between surgical medical and other types of treatment and the cases in which each should be applied are specified.At the end of the paper two examples of clinical cases can be found which were the reason for the bibliographic search as well as the writing of this manuscript.
