This book is divided into 16 chapters and covers various facets of contemporary issues in Commerce & Management. About the Author: Prof. (Dr.) C. Mahadeva Murthy has a vast and diverse teaching experience spanning over a period of nearly more than two decades; he has joined Karnataka State Open University as Associate Professor and promoted as Professor and also worked as a Chairman Dept. of Management since 2012 and till today. Before joining Karnataka State Open University he has served as Assistant Professor at various Govt. First Grade Colleges in Karnataka and also served as Faculty University of Mysore Mysore. He obtained the degrees of M.Com. MBA-Fin. PGDHRM. PGDMM. PGDHE. Ph.D. UGC- PDF(Fellowship awarded). FRAS. D.Litt. He has awarded University of Mysore Research Fellowship in 1998 and awarded Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in year 2004. His areas of interest are Accounting Research Methods Entrepreneurship International Business Finance Banking Bank Risk Management and Taxation. Prof. C. Mahadeva Murthy strives hard to bring changes in the department and new UG programme BBA (Industry interface) due to his intervention.
