The annual appraisal is a central practice in today's organizations. It aims to measure employee performance by examining the achievement of objectives set by management. This book analyzes the current state of continuing training in the public sector highlighting its link with the annual appraisal process. It focuses in particular on understanding how training contributes to the success of this appraisal and more broadly to employee performance.
