Contraceptive Preferences and Sexual Activity Among Students in Africa

This book explores contraceptive preferences and sexual activity among undergraduates at Benue State University Makurdi Nigeria. Findings from 372 participants shed light on factors influencing condom use pill consumption herbs utilization and injectables/implants adoption. The research highlights attitudes towards contraceptives challenges like allergic reactions and considerations of convenience and affordability. Recommendations include education on contraceptive methods improving access and affordability counseling services and addressing social influences to enhance sexual health outcomes for students.
