This publication which is not exhaustive aims to showcase the work of all the authors men and women from Tlemcen the Hawz and the localities of the Wilaya. It brings together information where the reader discovers a set of elements with the list of works for each of the authors. This publication extends across the territorial jurisdiction of Tlemcen the ancient capital of the central Maghreb and through time to the XX-XXI° century AD.
