Controlling the use of data messages at work

The use of information and communication technologies by companies has brought about an important change in the way in which employers and workers interact. On the one hand the need to protect the investments made for the implementation of mechanisms that allow the optimisation of business activities by establishing controls and on the other hand respect for the fundamental rights of workers especially privacy and intimacy requires that the conditions under which such controls must be carried out be defined.
