This book is an effort to do just that. Each chapter explores a particular cooking method and provides recipes for dishes utilizing it. If one reads</p><p>the introduction of the technique and cooks a few of the recipes using that method one will become proficient in it.</p><p><br></p><p>No special equipment should be needed and no complicated recipes need to be remembered; eventually one would look at what they have in their pantry refrigerator or freezer and cook dinner.</p>
