COOKING WITH CROHN'S

In my twenties I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease but the battle had begun long before as a child. My diet changed in time once doctors discovered more information about the disease. In the 90's I began my culinary career which helped with my writing recipes. I tweaked dishes that I had already been cooking professionally for many years for my personal use.
