My story is not one of overnight success. Even though many timesI wished a miracle would happen and my weight loss results would just arrive in two days like myAmazon prime packages - it never did. It took a lot longer than expected. Looking back now I am so thankful it did. I had no idea that it would turn into a journey of self-discovery uncovering joy finding freedom and discovering my passion.Oh yeah! And a 50-pound weight loss.My results were not from a quick fi x fad diet excessive exercise boring meal plans or a product from a supplement store.My journey has been more like a wild roller coaster ride of small weekly victories many errors and a collection of small milestones along the way eventually leading to more than I ever expected to gain.
