Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)

Primary prevention of COVID-19 among healthcare workers must be based on risk assessment and the introduction of appropriate measures. Our study showed that healthcare workers had sufficient knowledge and a positive attitude towards COVID-19. Consequently healthcare workers must continue to enjoy the right to decent healthy and safe working conditions in the context of COVID-19. The continuous dissemination of information on prevention and protection against COVID-19 to all healthcare workers promotes healthy working conditions and better management of the risks associated with this pandemic. Healthcare establishments must therefore have occupational health programs in conjunction with infection prevention and control programs.
