CORPORATE PLANNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE

This research work explores the extent to which the three core areas of corporate planning; strategic analysis strategy development and strategies implementation affects the organizational performance of Miva Rice Company Makurdi. Specifically this study will therefore examine if corporate planning and strategy is undertaken by MIVA Rice Nigeria Limited and the scope of activities for which corporate planning and strategy is undertaken (market technology human resources) elements of corporate planning and strategy in the organization (objective mission statements policies procedures) methods used in corporate planning and strategy (formal/informal systematic and scientific tools employed level of management involved environmental diagnosis) and finally how results are applied for corporate performance and efficiency.
