Corporate social responsibility

The ISO 26000 standard on the social responsibility of organizations brings the need to establish a link between the company and all its stakeholders. The integration of CSR in the company relies on human capital as the primary resource. It will not be just an adaptation of the ISO 26000 guidelines but the voluntary integration of CSR through sustained awareness. This puts in place the consideration in the first place of the employees'' expectations because it is this resource that materializes the objectives that the company has set. Thus CSR requires companies to go beyond the minimum treatment of employees.
