Vincent J. Salandria a Philadelphia attorney was the first person to publish a critique of the Warren Report. He was an intimate and trusted adviser to Jim Garrison and like Garrison has always maintained that the assassination of President Kennedy was a CIA operation in which the U.S. national security establishment was fully complicit.
