This book outlines the results of research undertaken for my MBA degree in which I examined the position of Hertfordshire Business School concerning small and medium organisations based in Hertfordshire. The book also introduces other significant stakeholders within the business community and it gives details on how HBS could transform its operating model and capabilities to secure a central role within the local business ecosystem.
