<p> </p><h3><strong><em>AN ADDICT REDEEMED...</em></strong></h3><p><br></p><p>My life has been an amazing roller coaster ride consisting of many wonderful mountain top experiences surrounded by many tragic valley of the shadow of death episodes.</p><p>If only I knew as a teenager what I know now. I am sure just about anybody could say that. In my case however it could have spared my sons my ex-wife my parents and my brother so much heart break. I embarrassed my kids I made my parents cry and destroyed the hopes and dreams of the only woman I've ever loved and my best friend my ex-wife.</p><p><br></p><p>For over forty years of my life I thought I was going to heaven because I had always believed in God. I was wrong. It wasn't until I humbled my heart in a jail cell and submitted my will to God and began my journey with His Son that I received the Holy Spirit. With Him I received salvation as well as the power to conquer my demons.</p><p><br></p><p>It's my hope and prayer that everyone who reads this book will make the same life changing and soul saving decision that I made in that cold dark jail cell.</p><p><br></p><p><em>~David</em></p>
