Creative Faith

My favorite parable Jesus told is the parable of the talents. I love that story because every time I read it I am reminded that talents are given for purpose. Creative Faith came as I struggled with my own fears and doubts of pursuing the creative talents God placed in me. In this book you will find fifteen essays where I share my own struggle in pursuing the plan I felt God lay on my heart for my life.Each of these essays were written as I was struggling within myself for the answers I was asking. Like you I often times feel vulnerable and question why and how could God use a person like me. My hope is that as you read through these you will find some encouragement to pursue your talents and trust that God has a specific plan for you and your gifts. Of all the people God has blessed with gifts creative people are the most like Him; from nothing we create worlds. Fueled by imagination and driven by our passions the desire to create rest in each of us as constant as our own heartbeat. My hope is that in Creative Faith you will find the encouragement you need to push past fear and obstacles and pursue your place in God's plan.
