Criminal and criminological characteristics of the crime

The purpose of this research work was to systematically characterize violent sexual crimes committed by minors against minors. Proceeding from this purpose the following problems were solved: the criminal-legal characteristic of the given kind of a crime is given including its objective and subjective signs are investigated; the criminological and psychological characteristic of the personality of the minors committing violent sexual crimes in relation to peers or younger; the criminological and psychological characteristics of the personality of the minor victims of sexual encroachment are considered; the factors contributing to the consensual sexual abuse are revealed. For researchers teachers graduate and undergraduate students and law students as well as law enforcement officials.
