Criminological examination: a requirement to recognise convicts with psychopathy

This research was carried out with the aim of verifying the importance of the criminological examination in the prison sphere. This parameter is used to get to know the prison population in order to understand it psychologically and its impact on Brazilian law. In order to gain a better understanding of the subject six histories of convicts recognised in Brazil for committing heinous crimes were selected and they were broken down into relevant and non-relevant cases.
