Some can be predicted and give us time to prepare and respond while other types of disasters cannot.Disasters and sudden events such as earthquakes floods hurricanes; or terrorists with mass casualties; emerging infectious diseases such as outbreaks; or humanitarian crises that lead to the displacement of large groups of people due to political-economic conflicts that overwhelm local resources and infrastructures.Faced with the various types of crises that constantly affect us as a country with all kinds of experiences which are also very intense emotionally and cause significant discomfort it is imperative to provide people with material to apply Psychological First Aid according to WHO guidelines and the PAP-ABCDE protocol.In addition specific contents are included when dealing with vulnerable populations and ethical elements are provided in the application of PAP.Information has been compiled from a bibliographic documentary research carried out through meta-search engines.
