This book Feminisms and Critical Sociology has a double plane analytical and theoretical. On the one hand it analyzes the characteristics of the new feminist wave in Spain its causes the sociopolitical and cultural context and its transformative impact. On the other hand it explains the different theoretical approaches in particular the debates on the meaning of feminist identities and their relationship with the formation of the feminist subject. The two aspects are intertwined in its six chapters from a critical relational and socio-historical approach and an egalitarian perspective.
