About The Book

This study reveals why people show certain behaviour around the border which is different from the Hinterland. Several sources indicate that certain factors related to the need of the category of goods and the frequency at which this is bought determines a part of the behaviour. Secondly each person makes a economical assessment whether or not it is worth it for them to travel a certain distance to benefit from the differences that appear on the other side of the border. Results reveal a behavioural pattern.
