Cross-Cultural Women Scholars in Academe

<p>This book foregrounds the experiences of intergenerational cross-cultural women scholars matriculating in universities across the U.S. and abroad who have traversed historical barriers and systemic boundaries yet created discursive spaces in the academy to interrogate issues of inequities and marginalization. Empirical research auto-ethnographies and critical analyses are used to advance an understanding of how these women have transcended barriers. </p>
