Cultivation of organic vegetables in organoponic boxes

In the city of Cusco or any city the competent authority fulfilling its duty to maintain the health and welfare of its inhabitants should be responsible for the work of total recycling of garbage with a view to generating its own resources and creating new income for the community. This would avoid the use of dumps or landfills whose practice does not solve the problem moreover these landfills are major sources of pollution nowhere no one would like to live next to a dump or breathe the fumes it generates. The procedure is to reduce recycle and reuse.
