CULTURAL DIPLOMACY IN THE CEMAC ZONE 1994-2010

Cultural diplomacy in the CEMAC zone revolves around cultural services activities structures and products governed by national and international laws decrees and conventions. It is based on bilateral exchanges cooperation between states solidarity and friendship with limited tensions. Ministries cultural organizations and structures are involved in promoting and protecting heritage while integrating the influence of Western and Asian cultures.
