Cultural Heritage and Tourism in the Republic of North Macedonia

This book is about exploring the values of the Macedonian folk costume as well as the possibilities of applying some of its elements in modern dress. Several aspects have been considered in the past centuries regarding the manner of dressing in the Republic of Northern Macedonia the attitude of the population towards national costumes and the emergence of new influences on dressing. It turned out that the people were very attached to the folk costume that it enriched it with certain details embroidery lace and other decorations so that it became a high value art. Also presented is the cultural heritage of the Gevgelija Skopje and Strumica - Valandovo Kriva Palanka region.
