<p>Culture is the heart of an organization - whether it's good<br />or bad. When it's great it propels an organization and when<br />it's poor it holds an organization back. Every organization<br />has a culture - some employees may not be aware of it or<br />even admit it - but it's there. To have a strong and positive<br />culture requires strong and positive leadership embedded<br />within an organization. You can truly see it and truly feel it<br />when an organization has a strong and positive culture. When<br />employees love coming to work or love working with their<br />teammates or love the worthy work they do - that shows the<br />organization's terrific culture. Having a great culture enables<br />employees to be themselves to bring the best versions of<br />themselves to work and to have real employee engagement.<br />When employees can be themselves enjoy their work and<br />their teammates and are driven by a worthy purpose the<br />organization will continue to move upward and forward.<br />And from experience one person can make a difference.<br />That is what this book is about.</p>
