Throughout history distinct cultures continuously interact. The main observation that motivated this study is the occurrence of parallel co-adaptive changes within these cultures. These co-adaptive changes are either cooperative or antagonistic in nature. In addition on the long run these changes lead to either a domination of one culture over the other(s) or a balanced situation in which all cultures coexist. The main aim of this book is to study and understand this phenomenon from a Systemic Approach. The contributions of this thesis First formulating a conceptual framework for Cultures Co-evolution System. Second proposing a computational model to simulate the dynamics underlying Cultures Co-evolution. Third building a tailored software to experiment with the proposed model.
