Cupcakes for Grownups

<p>How many times do we as adults say Do as I say not as a I do? When asked by colleagues to write a children's book with a healthy eating message the author recalled a time when her son (then aged five) craved the sweets from the adult Sunday school room. The result was a humorous book illustrating a child's view of the rules we often impose on them. </p>
