About the Book: This book is about on field experiences of Customer Orientation in the services industry. However the comparative analysis which has been done is based on a study across the service sectors like Healthcare Insurance Banking Postal Services and Retail services. About the Author: Author is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management University of North Bengal. Earlier he used to be serving the Pharmaceutical Industry and has worked as a Field Sales Officer at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. However he moved on to academics and marketing communications after completing his MBA. He is also associated as a freelance support to the advertising and marketing communication as well as journalism with various regional level advertising campaigns for various brands and organizations. Apart from his academics he is into Digital marketing and designing.
