Cut The Anchor

<p><span style=color: rgba(14 16 26 1)>It was a secret she had been carrying around for 35 years until that fateful day: September 25 2022. The secret came out and her life was forever changed.  </span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(14 16 26 1)>That was the day the anchor was cut and she needed to do serious internal work before anything could get better. Carrying a secret of this magnitude for so long took its toll on her health relationships and happiness.  </span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(14 16 26 1)>Her early childhood was where her limiting beliefs about herself began and this was followed by anorexia depression abortion rape abusive relationships infidelities suicide attempts chronic fatigue syndrome two failed marriages single parenting finding out later in life she had ADHD dealing with all her neurodiversities and of course the big secret. </span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(14 16 26 1)>This is her journey of self-discovery strength overcoming obstacles transformation and learning to love herself completely-imperfections and all.</span></p>
