CYRIL OF ALEXANDRIA'S CHRISTOLOGICAL DIALOGUE ON THE INCARNATION OF THE ONLY-BEGOTTEN

<p>The work at hand is the first English translation of a dialogue between Saint Cyril of Alexandria and Hermias the Priest on the Incarnation of the Only-Begotten Son. Saint Cyril of Alexandria's Dialogue on the Incarnation of the Only-Begotten was first published in Greek in Migne's PG 75:1189-1253; and subsequently in critical edition and French translation by M. De Durand Cyrille d'Alexandrie: Deux Dialogues Christologiques Sources Crétiennes v. 97 (Paris 1964) pp. </p><p>188-301. In this dialogue St. Cyril strongly refutes four erroneous doctrines. He fundamentally attacks from the beginning the notion of Christological dualism persistently confessing Alexandrian Christology. </p>
