Daddy's Boy (1888)

An Eight-Year-Old Boy Encounters His Father Dying In Bed As The Consequence Of A Shooting Accident. The Boy Had Lost His Mother When He Was A Baby So His Uncle Major Frere And Family Would Be Coming To Care For The Boy. The Major Had Retired From Active Duty And Welcomed The Good Things Of Life At Summerleigh. Yet At Their First Meeting Ronald And Uncle Ben Had A Misunderstanding. The Boy Will Go Through A Series Of Adventures That Test His Spirit As He Attempts To Win The Admiration Of The Major And Vice-Versa.
