Josh Hernandez has one goal. He needs to get a position in next year's surgical residency program at Genesee. If he loses that he'll have to leave town and be separated from his daughter.</p><p>He's on the right path until his brother Dr. Evan Hernandez is found dead. When the Medical Examiner labels the death a suicide the police close the case. It's a decision that Josh cannot accept.</p><p>As much for himself as for Evan Josh goes searching for answers. What he discovers is a cover-up. Bringing it to light will surely cost him a spot in the residency program. But Josh refuses to back off and before he knows it he has put himself and those close to him in mortal danger.
