But that’s not the end of the surprises: Wren’s pregnant. I have no idea how to be a dad and mine’s a terrible example. But the guy is totally thrilled to be a grandfather.</p><p>Between Wren’s hormones and growing powers there’s an adjustment period. And there’s more meddling grandparents threatening our happily ever after. My parents wish I was closer but I get to visit and they’re free to see us too. Which they take total advantage of once they find out the news: I’m pregnant with a part-nephilim baby.</p><p>Getting used to the idea I’m going to be a mum is one thing. Blasting Drake when I’m angry is another. And my body might not be strong enough for this. But I’m Lucifer’s daughter-in-law and I don’t lose.</p>
