<p>Cinphanny Nickels is a licensed psychologist. She supervises a disgruntled staff that loves her about as much as she loves the dentist&rsquo;s drill. She accepted the position to be closer to her fianc&eacute; but the nearness hasn&rsquo;t changed anything. He still isn&rsquo;t ready for marriage.
