Author
This little booklet contains a distillation of my most favorite selections some old some morerecent. The Wind article dates from 1976 and I intended to use it in a published collectiontitled A Planetary Sojourn but somehow it escaped.1: The Zeroing Out selection explains a series of mystical events that transformed my view ofreality and also includes a discussion of the original Christian baptism.2: My research into the Body-Mind connection led to some easy exercises one of which can beconducted even if someone only has control of their blink muscles and is lying in traction in thehospital.3. An interest in trance states led to a discovery of Felicitas Goodwins work and her CuyumungueInstitute. Also to the tables and charts of the various states of consciousness as defined by John C.Gowan. These I combined and added to.4. Reading into the lives of mystical adepts led me to the teachings of Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi and also to a sucking exercise as described in the book Zen Flesh Zen Bones.5. Two pages I carry with me and distribute of my favorite distillations from various sources.Poohbears Instructions to Eeyore offer more insights and details. I also include a gloss on BhagavanRamana Maharshis instructions to his disciples linking them to my own view and to a list oflaughter discharge levels.6: The speech of His Droll Majesty Zero at an early Fools Parade in Occidental CA. voices his pointof view in greater detail.7: The Fools Card from the Tarot is discussed along with an introduction to the teachings of JulieHenderson whose body-mind exercises include several that I discovered myself. I highly recommendher books!8: Comments on the pathless path describe my belief that the Sun is God and some exercises using lightsources. A discussion of my lineage includes life-changing events that began in my second year.9: For An Amazing Finish pays tribute to a new generation that has expanded my understandingof planetary life especially how fungi and trees communicate with each other. I owe this to a BardCollege student Sophie Strand whose upcoming book will be truly thrilling. Many of her essays arenow available on her Facebook page and well worth the effort to read. Through her I hear of SuzanneSinards book Finding The Mother Tree: Discovering the Wisdom of the Forest which deservedly madeit onto the N Y Times Bestseller list. It transformed my understanding of reality.
