A new government agency of course! Popular and progress-minded President Phelps creates the Radiologically Adapted Dangers to Society Administration. RADSA is charged with helping the Adapted become a welcome part of society but also capture those with abilities deemed too powerful or unsafe.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(36 79 88 1)>Four RADSA agents in North Texas each with their own ability and secrets go about their jobs interviewing people who can talk to beetles sneeze ketchup or destroy plant matter with their touch. The Adapted they encounter with abilities on the Dangers to Society list must be sent to a remote island for the safety of everyone else. No ifs ands or due process. One of the agents has an ability on that list.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(36 79 88 1)>More rogue objects strike. But when internal strife splits the team catastrophe looms large across the planet.
