In an 80-year span it sweeps across Indian military cantonment towns to erstwhile East Bengal from Durgapur steel plants to the workings of one of India''s leading steel conglomerates. It is a blueprint of the behavioral traits that form resilience in face of hardship to serve as a guiding light towards a fulfilling life. Mrityunjay was born in Parel Mumbai in 1946. He finished his schooling and graduation in Kolkata. His primary expertise is in the steel production business including forging servicing and trading. From 1967 he served with steel majors across India for thirty-six years prior to retirement. He has management certifications in industrial management supply change management computer-based production control systems human resources from IIM Calcutta NITIE and Xavier''s Institute to name a few. He has resided in Mumbai for more than sixty years and has run an independent consultancy along with his son and daughter for past twenty years.
