<p>You know that feeling when life starts to resemble a soap opera except you're the lead character without a script? That's where I'm at. Riverton was supposed to be my quiet little reset button-quaint streets cozy bakeries and maybe a slow journey toward figuring out my life. Instead I've got the town's most infuriatingly charming newcomer in my orbit a web of suspicious locals making veiled threats and oh did I mention my not-so-friendly former mentor just showed up to stir the pot? Somewhere between dodging shady business deals and trying not to trip over my own emotions I find myself navigating a labyrinth of secrets betrayals and a connection I didn't see coming. Now I've got to untangle the lies protect my town and maybe-just maybe-figure out if the sparks flying with Nathaniel are a sign of something real or just another storm waiting to roll in. But hey no pressure right?</p>
