That Story Is A Subplot Of The Epic Events Of Roman History The Rise And Fall Of Julius Caesar The Roman Civil War The Subsequent Rise Of The Julio-Claudian Dynasty And The Establishment Of The Pax Romana. The Second Reason Is The Need To Address The Popular Misconception That Jesus Christ Was Executed Because Of His Political Beliefs. This Notion Advances The Speculation That His Actions And Teachings Could Have Been Interpreted As Those Of A Political Organizer And That He Had Been Eliminated As A Troublemaker By The Authorities Of His Day.
