Darkness Over Daerland

<p>12-year-old Brenna likes to play it safe especially when she's in charge of Sam her younger brother with Down syndrome-but when they (along with a dog a chubby cat and two kids from next door) mysteriously appear in another world she realizes <em>safe</em> is long gone. Joined by kind-hearted strangers and pursued by dangerous creatures Brenna begins to uncover clues and tangled secrets. The more she discovers the more perilous their journey grows. Will they get home safely or will everything dear to Brenna be ripped away for good?</p><p><br></p>
