Since the dawn of computing information systems have generated data and information such as reports and these are the main source of data used to this day. Increasingly companies need to analyse and visualise corporate data regardless of where they are whether at home or in the office in a way that is faster more dynamic more consistent and that facilitates decision-making for their company. With the increase in the amount of data stored in companies researchers have intensified their research into the existence of important hidden information that can be extracted in the form of rules. This gave rise to data mining and OLAP.
