When Dev Malik entrepreneur and rich playboy is found stabbed to death in his apartment the needle of suspicion falls on his girlfriend Sharon Sequeira who was his only visitor that evening. DCP Kabir Khan of the Mumbai Crime Branch is assigned the high-profile investigation and believes that Sharon could have killed Dev in a fit of jealousy However she is nowhere to be found. As new facts emerge it becomes apparent that several people associated with Dev have things to hide. When a second murder takes place Kabir realises that his open and shut case just got complicated.
