Death at the Drive-In

<p><strong>Murder at the drive-in? It's the summer 1977 in Santa Raymunda a sleepy town in Southern California and teen detectives Addie Gina and Rachel spend their nights clocking hours at the drive-in watching <em>Star Wars</em>. During the last showing after midnight a badly beaten local young man collapses in front of the teen's car and the police are immediately at the scene. The teens are challenged to grow and change as friends daughters and young women navigating the constricting norms of the times and their desires for independence and power in the world as well as solving the murder.</strong></p>
