<p>Oklahoma City 1936: Lou Nayland is a former minor league baseball player turned private investigator. Nayland spends his afternoons at Holland Field watching the Oklahoma City Indians play ball. He tries to only take a case when absolutely necessary to his flow of cash. </p><p>But when a beautiful redhead wants to hire Lou to find her missing brother Nayland agrees having no idea he will be forced into the dark sometimes brutal underworld of the Gardenia Club a secret club for those of the LGBTQ persuasion. His search for the missing brother finds him investigating several murders of young gay men all acquaintances of artist James Cowboy Warren and traveling to Mexico to put the puzzle pieces together. </p>
