<p><em>What do you do when you meet a fabled rider of the Apocalypse?</em></p><p> </p><p>In my case nurse him back to health and hope like hell I can outrun him. Yet the whole outrunning him plan is proving to be more difficult than expected.</p><p>Especially when the good and honorable men in the city I'm hiding in decide the only way to save themselves is to give the rider a tribute. He promises to leave us in peace if I can prove our worth. The longer we travel together it becomes increasingly difficult to deny my growing attraction and a new fear begins.
