Decision-making models in Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Applications

The main goal of this book will be the research of the methodology for critical decision-making problems in smart production management at three levels: strategic tactical and operational level. In particular a hybrid autotuning genetic algorithm was developed to solve the portfolio selection and project scheduling problem. At the tactical level a general methodology is designed for a consensus reaching process supervised by a human facilitator and supported by ICT- based tool. Finally a hybrid multi-subpopulation genetic algorithm was developed to solve the operation scheduling problem.
