The main focus of this book was to discuss a decision-making pattern between working and non-working women in their families. The findings of the book showed that working women enjoyed greater freedom compared to non-working women in household decision making. The second focus of this book was to determine the influence of gender norms on decision-making pattern among working and non-working women in their families. Findings revealed that most of women tended to have non–traditional ideologies on their rights towards their decision making. Lastly the book determined the relationship between socio-economic resources and woman’s decision-making power. The results revealed that a resource such as monthly income is positively related to the decision making pattern of working women in financial management.
